Everyone there was very attentive and so polite. Especially the lady who looked after me named molly she was so lovely and couldn’t do enough to make me and my mum feel comfortable. Such an amazing experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses I couldn’t fault any of them. Such a lovely day! Thank you to all the girls who looked after us!

Just amazing. What a fabulous experience i had yesterday. On arrival we was all welcomed by friendly faces and offered drinks. I was then asked to look at the collection of dresses they had whilst I was waiting. Once she came over, which wasnt a long wait she gave me tokens and told me to pick as many dresses as I wanted to try on and that she would bring them to me one by one once I was in the dressing room. I tried them on and they was very honest with me on what they thought (in a nice way) they told me I looked beautiful and what suited me which was really lovely and made me feel good about myself. I picked a dress and payed a deposit and it was such an easy process, I cant wait to put the dress on again and thank you for helping me find it and make me feel very welcome. Would highly recommend

Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, we didn't find the prom dress this time but hoping to come back when a new delivery comes in, we were close. It was a lovely experience.

First place we visited for a prom dress and ended up falling in love with one and purchasing it! Everything was perfect about our appointment. Felt very comfortable, relaxed and special. Thank you for making my daughters experience so perfect x
PS we had a 45 min appointment booked but it turned out to be about 2 hours and trying on 6 dresses. Never felt rushed, didn’t even realise!

A lovely setting, fantastic service and gorgeous dresses. This was my third attempt at finding a dress for my day - I had lost hope.

But I came away with the most beautiful gown, two bridesmaid dresses and a flower girl dress!

Danielle and molly were absolutely fab, my mum and I left the shop feeling happy after a pleasant and enjoyable experience! It was relaxed and at our own pace, they listened to my ideas and acted on them with out pressuring. Danielle's main concern were the brides and they're happiness what ever that meant for them.

The staff were really attentive and not pushy. They listened to what style etc we wanted and made appropriate suggestions. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Would definitely recommend.

After an awful experience at another shop, who ordered me the wrong prom dress, the ladies here were amazing. The service is fantastic, Molly was fabulous. We bought a gorgeous prom dress. The choice is amazing, by far the best shop in the North West. We had a wonderful time here. I'll be coming back here to buy my wedding dress. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Molly is a credit to you. X

The staff at One Special Day are totally amazing at their jobs. Dani and Paula made me feel so welcome on my visit to them. From the moment you step through the doors they want to ensure your visit is a memorable experience. They are both a wealth of knowledge and expertise and will try to advise you on dress shapes to suit your shape. As a plus size person I was apprehensive about looking for a dress but here they made me feel beautiful. If you are looking for a dress for a wedding or prom you will love this shop. Thank you for making me fall in love with my dress. They help you into your dress or if you prefer you can do it yourself. As I have mobility problems Dani helped me and was supportive all round. Five stars is not high enough for this amazing shop. I am not a dress wearer but left excited with my purchase all down to the exceptional service they provided. Please stop by as you will not be disappointed.
