This was a very exciting day for me and my family and Danielle as One Special Day made it even more special by being excited for us. I tried on a few dresses pointing out bits I liked and didn’t like, Danielle took on all the feedback and found me the perfect dress. Both her and others we so helpful and made it a great experience.

I found One Special Day when shopping for prom dresses for my middle daughter so when my youngest needed a prom dress I made an appointment here straight away. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and my daughter felt like a princess trying on all the different dresses. She was able to try on as many as she wanted and was not rushed at all. The staff were helping her and knew exactly what dress style would flatter her figure. Dresses are very reasonably priced and guarantee they will not sell the same dress (even in a different colour) to anybody else from the same school. Can not recommend highly enough!

Shop here! Paula and the team are fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Especially dealing with a teen who didn't know what her prom dress should look like. They're kind patient and offer great advice on what size and shape suits your body type, and then get all the dresses out to suit you. There are no pushy sales, and they're all about your experience and what makes you feel good, whether you want to buy a dress or not. Amazing place with amazing staff! I highly recommend it.

Just amazing. What a fabulous experience i had yesterday. On arrival we was all welcomed by friendly faces and offered drinks. I was then asked to look at the collection of dresses they had whilst I was waiting. Once she came over, which wasnt a long wait she gave me tokens and told me to pick as many dresses as I wanted to try on and that she would bring them to me one by one once I was in the dressing room. I tried them on and they was very honest with me on what they thought (in a nice way) they told me I looked beautiful and what suited me which was really lovely and made me feel good about myself. I picked a dress and payed a deposit and it was such an easy process, I cant wait to put the dress on again and thank you for helping me find it and make me feel very welcome. Would highly recommend

A lovely setting, fantastic service and gorgeous dresses. This was my third attempt at finding a dress for my day - I had lost hope.

It was relaxed and at our own pace, they listened to my ideas and acted on them with out pressuring. Danielle's main concern were the brides and they're happiness what ever that meant for them.

After an awful experience at another shop, who ordered me the wrong prom dress, the ladies here were amazing. The service is fantastic, Molly was fabulous. We bought a gorgeous prom dress. The choice is amazing, by far the best shop in the North West. We had a wonderful time here. I'll be coming back here to buy my wedding dress. I would recommend this shop to anyone. As a plus size person I was apprehensive about looking for a dress but here they made me feel beautiful. If you are looking for a dress for a wedding or prom you will love this shop. Thank you for making me fall in love with my dress. They help you into your dress or if you prefer you can do it yourself. As I have mobility problems Dani helped me and was supportive all round. Five stars is not high enough for this amazing shop. I am not a dress wearer but left excited with my purchase all down to the exceptional service they provided.
